The software
SimplePDF is provided by Brilliant Wiser Education Limited. Subject to these terms and a valid entitlement, you may use its supported features for your own lawful document work. You must have permission to process the documents and remove any protection you choose to remove.
Subscriptions and billing
SimplePDF Pro is US$24 per year, an annual subscription that automatically renews annually until cancelled. There is no trial. Applicable taxes and the payment total are displayed by Paddle before payment. Pro removes the app’s daily operation limit; product and system limitations still apply.
Paddle is the merchant of record for checkout and payment. Its Buyer Terms also apply to the purchase. The software is provided by Brilliant Wiser Education Limited.
Cancellation and access
You can cancel future renewal using the management link in your Paddle purchase email or seek help through Paddle buyer support. A scheduled end-of-period cancellation normally preserves access through the already-paid period. Immediate cancellation, approved refunds or confirmed payment disputes can affect access as explained in our Refund & Cancellation policy. Cancellation is not an automatic refund.
Licensing and responsible use
Licensing associates access with the installation used for checkout. Do not bypass entitlement checks, manipulate usage or licensing state, misuse another person’s purchase, or interfere with our services. Internet verification is required at intervals. Offline entitlement is limited and may expire before a connectivity problem is resolved.
Ownership and third-party components
We and the relevant licensors retain intellectual-property rights in the software. No ownership is transferred by a subscription. Third-party components have their own notices and licenses. Word conversions depend on your separately licensed Microsoft Word installation; third-party services and software may have additional terms.
Limitations and availability
Keep backups and review output before relying on it. Conversion, OCR and optional AI results may contain errors. We do not guarantee identical conversion layout, uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every document or suitability for a particular purpose. We provide the product subject to the limitations permitted by applicable law; nothing here excludes a guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
